MAKING THE SING-OFF HUM

When NBC first announced that they would do a prime-time vocal competition based on the Harmony Sweepstakes, the House Jacks were there. The various members of the group have been all over the program behind the scenes, and sometimes on stage.
Deke was tapped as the show’s Vocal Producer and Music Director, Austin created many of the vocal cues and sound beds, The House Jacks have collectively produced over 400 sound bytes for the show, Nick recorded and arranged the Christmas album this year and then joined the music staff for the live holiday special, and Troy appeared as a member of the Denver-based Urban Method.
Nick Lachey’s theme music is the background music from “You Were Everything” off of our album Level, and the “tension bed” was recorded by Deke and Roo (who is now performing full time with Mo5aic in Las Vegas).
