Austin Willacy's strong tenor lead voice is familiar to anyone who has heard a House Jacks CD. His songwriting and vocal skills are showcased on all of their major recordings (Naked Noise, Naked Funk Funkwich, Drive, Unbroken, and Fitchy & Grikko). He wrote the classic House Jack originals "Thread," "All Of My Life," "Dirt" and "Palm Sunday".

Born in Washington D.C. and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Austin received a degree in Psychology from Dartmouth College, where he sang with, and directed, The Dartmouth Aires before moving to San Francisco to refine his songwriting and pursue a career in music.
